Job Description: Saviynt Consultant / Saviynt Engineer – IdentityGovernance &; Administration (IGA)

Role SummaryThe Saviynt Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, andsupporting Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions across enterpriseenvironments. The role works closely with security, risk, compliance, and application teamsto ensure effective identity lifecycle management, access governance, and regulatorycompliance.Key ResponsibilitiesSaviynt Implementation & Configuration:• Design, configure, and implement Saviynt IGA modules including user lifecyclemanagement, access requests, certifications, and workflows.• Configure roles, entitlements, approval workflows, and Segregation of Duties (SoD)policies aligned to business requirements.• Lead application onboarding and integrations using Saviynt connectors (AD, Azure AD /Entra ID, JDBC, REST, SAP, cloud apps).Identity Lifecycle & Access Governance:• Manage Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) processes and automated provisioning/de-provisioning.• Support periodic access reviews and certification campaigns for SOX, SOC, PCI, andinternal audits.• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and audit evidence within Saviynt.Operations & Support:• Provide L2/L3 support for Saviynt-related issues including connector failures andworkflow errors.• Support platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.• Maintain technical documentation,



runbooks, and standard operating procedures.Stakeholder Collaboration:• Work closely with IAM, GRC, SOC, application, and audit teams.• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and client workshops.

• Provide technical support for pre-sales, PoCs, and solution walkthroughs (whereapplicable).

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills:• Hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA platform.• Strong understanding of IAM/IGA concepts including identity lifecycle, RBAC, accesscertifications, and SoD.• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, REST/SOAP.• Working knowledge of SQL, XML/JSON, and workflow configurations.Functional & Compliance Knowledge:• Familiarity with SOX, SOC, PCI DSS, and audit-driven access controls.• Exposure to ITSM processes and enterprise IAM operating models.Soft Skills:• Robust written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work with global stakeholders.• Strong documentation and attention to detail.Education & Certifications• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.• Saviynt, IAM, or security certifications preferred.Nice to Have• Experience with PAM integrations and Zero Trust concepts.• Experience in consulting or Big-4 environments.• Exposure to global / multi-region IAM programs.
