Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced

VMware Subject Matter Expert (SME)

with solid expertise in

VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and enterprise storage platforms including SAN and vSAN . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting large-scale virtualized infrastructure environments while ensuring high availability, performance, security, and scalability.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and manage VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter environments.Administer and optimize VMware clusters, resource pools, HA, DRS, and vMotion.Manage enterprise storage solutions including SAN, NAS, and VMware vSAN.Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and infrastructure optimization.Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.Troubleshoot complex virtualization, storage,
