Must Have:

6+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform.Strong hands-on experience in

at least one ServiceNow module

(ITSM/ITOM/CSM/HRSD/FSM/GRC/SecOps/SPM, etc.).Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Catalog Development.Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Integrations.Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.Good understanding of ITIL processes.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Positive to Have:

Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, or Orchestration.Certified Application Developer (CAD).Exposure to ServiceNow AI, GenAI, or Automation capabilities.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
