SNResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role1Network technician who supports Network infrastructure for retail customer across globe having minimum 8 years of experience in networking2Good Knowledge and Hands on Experience on routing, switching and wireless3Experience in Configuring and troubleshooting router, switch, access point4Knowledge of ServiceNow or other ITSM tool5Experience in working with Aruba / Cisco for TAC and RMA support6Basic knowledge in ClearPass/ISE7Ability to work independently and coordinate with onsite engineers to resolve issues.8Familiarity with network switches, cable management, and troubleshooting.9CCNA, CCNP, or other relevant certifications is a add-on10Available to work on 24/7 Operational support11Strong technical background in network planning, radio frequency, and RFID/AP systems.
