Job Description

- Oversee smooth functioning of operations across all segments, including BOD, Intraday, and EOD activities.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and coordinate implementation of regulatory changes.
- Drive process automation, system enhancements, and operational transformation initiatives.
- Manage CTCL and Algo ID activations as per regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with SEBI, auditors, inspectors, and other Market Infrastructure Institutions (MIIs).
- Ensure Disaster Recovery (DR) readiness and Business Continuity compliance.
- Lead and manage the Operations team to achieve defined operational SLAs.
- Handle critical operational incidents, crisis situations, and risk mitigation activities.
- Oversee Index Management, MIS reporting, and data analytics for operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with Technology,



Regulatory, and Business teams for seamless operational execution and system implementation.

The Successful Applicant

- Strong experience in operations & risk within the brokerage industry.
- A solid understanding of financial services and regulatory requirements.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyse processes and implement improvements.
- Confidence working with regulators and external stakeholders.
