Role Description

The Sales Manager position is a full-time, in office role based in the Mumbai (West Zone). This role is responsible for:

- Driving sales of security services by identifying new business opportunities

/n

- Meeting prospective clients and presenting tailored security solutions

/n

Day-to-day responsibilities include

- Lead Generation

/n

- Managing the sales pipeline

/n

- Preparing proposals

/n

- Negotiating contracts

/n

- Achieving revenue targets

/n

The role also involves tracking market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and providing regular sales performance reports to leadership.

Qualifications

/n

/n

- Strong skills in sales development

/n

- 1–2 years of experience in security services, facilities management, or related industries

/n

- Proficiency in basic business tools

/n

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills

/n

/n

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in sales and security services will be considered.
