Educational Qualification(s) Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, or related healthcare field

/n

- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) preferred

/n

/n

Technical/Domain Skills:

/n

Medical Enquiry Response Development

/n

/n

- This role is responsible for Conducting Scientific literature reviews and synthesize information to support the development of medical enquiries/frequently asked questions (FAQs).

/n

- Lead the authoring, review, and approval of medical enquiry responses, including:

/n

- Standard Response Documents (SRDs)

/n

- Customized responses to unsolicited enquiries

/n

- Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

/n

- Off‐label and complex enquiry response development

/n

- Ensure enquiry responses are non‐promotional, evidence‐based, and scientifically accurate.

/n

- Perform and oversee targeted literature searches, data interpretation, and reference management.

/n

- Ensure compliance with global and local regulations, company SOPs, and Medical Affairs governance.

/n

- Support medical review (MLR) processes for enquiry responses.

/n

/n

Scientific Content Strategy & Knowledge Management

/n

/n





- Own and maintain the medical enquiry responses (content) library, ensuring version control and periodic updates.

/n

- Monitor label updates, clinical data changes, and safety information to trigger response revisions.

/n

/n

Other Responsibilities: -

/n

- Review and quality‐check enquiry responses for scientific rigor, clarity, and compliance.

/n

- Contribute to process improvement, automation initiatives, and audit readiness.

/n

- Ensure the responses prepared are scientifically balanced and evidence-based, adhere to topic/key messages, language and grammar are correct, regulatory/safety/legal aspects are considered.

/n

- Knowledge and application of positive practices in medical enquiry management and writing for Medical Information.

/n

- Strong cross-functional skills and proven experience in collaboration with other departments/groups (eg Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs) and excellent interpersonal communication and presentations skills.

/n

- Fluency in oral and written English.

/n

- Experience with various therapeutic areas.

/n

- Solid understanding of medical concepts and the implications on a broader scale in the pharmaceutical industry (regulatory, PV, legal, commercial, drug development, etc).

/n
