Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of
6–10 Interior DesignersOversee
12–15 projects month-on-month
from concept to handoverConduct design reviews, layout validations, and 3D design approvalsEnsure adherence to Livspace design processes, quality benchmarks, and timelinesHandle client interactions, presentations, and escalationsCollaborate with sales, operations, and execution teams for seamless deliveryConduct training sessions and mentor designers on technical and design aspects
What We’re Looking For
5–8+ years of experience in residential interior designProven experience in
team handling and project managementStrong expertise in
modular interiors (kitchens, wardrobes, storage solutions)Excellent communication and client-facing skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced workplace
