Sales Manager
to effectively manage and convert leads provided by the company and drive sales for our wall décor products.Key Responsibilities
Handle company-provided leads and ensure
timely and effective follow-ups .Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and project needs.Present and recommend suitable
Wall Decor Pro products .Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and
close deals .Maintain regular follow-ups until the sale is completed.Update leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales in the CRM.Coordinate with Accounts, Production, and Dispatch teams after closing the deal.Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a positive conversion rate.Guide and support the sales team when required.Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience ; experience in interior, décor, building materials, or related industries is preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable products.Strong sales and deal-closing skills.Target-oriented and customer-focused.Basic knowledge of CRM and Excel preferred.Job Details
