Chief of Staff to Head of TechnologyAct as Chief of Staff to the Head of Technology and manage the technology operating rhythm.• Lead technology governance, leadership reviews, steering committees and executive forums.• Define, track and improve technology KPIs, OKRs, KRAs and scorecards.• Consolidate data across Engineering, Platforms, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Architecture, Data and Service Management teams.• Manage portfolio governance, dependencies, risks, issues and escalations across technology verticals.• Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, operations and technology teams.• Ensure delivery against strategic commitments and leadership action plans.• Coordinate globally distributed teams and stakeholders across geographies and time zones.• Support budget governance,



workforce planning, vendor governance and resource tracking.

Experience & Qualifications• 14+ years of experience in Technology PMO, Program Management, Technology Strategy, Transformation or Chief of Staff roles.• Experience supporting CTO, CIO, Head of Technology or equivalent executive leaders.• Solid understanding of Software Engineering, Agile Delivery, Cloud, DevSecOps, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, IT Operations and Data platforms.• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, ITIL or equivalent certifications desirable.• MBA or Masters degree preferred.
