US Healthcare – Medical Billing / RCMKey Responsibilities:Insurance AR follow-up and aging managementDenial and rejection analysisAppeals, underpayments, and claim correctionsPayer calls and portal follow-upsEOB/ERA review and payment discrepancy resolutionMedicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer follow-upReduce outstanding A/R and improve collections

Required Skills:3–5 years of US Healthcare AR/RCM experienceStrong knowledge of denial management and insurance follow-upUnderstanding of CMS-1500, CPT, ICD-10, modifiers, EOB/ERA, and CARC/RARC codesStrong communication and analytical skills
