Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Field SalesOfficers. The role involves direct interaction with potential customers, generating leads, anddriving sales through face-to-face engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Approaching potential customers to promote and sell insurance products.Conducting meetings and presentations to explain product offerings.Building and maintaining solid client relationships.Achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.Providing post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.Keeping records of sales activities and market feedback.

Requirements:Good communication and interpersonal skills.Fresher’s can also applyStrong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.Willingness to travel locally and meet clients in person.Must have Driving Licence and a two-wheeler.
