and distribution operatio ns and require deep technical understanding and operational maturity.What You’ll Be Doing ERP Application Support & OperationsProvide senior-level support acros s BPCS, ASW, and I BS environmentsDiagnose and resolve complex production issues across applications, integrations, and batch processesOwn BAU operations, system health monitoring, and batch job oversightAct as a senior escalation point for critical and recurring incidents Integration & Interface SupportSupport integrations vi a IBS Integrat or and custom IBM i interfacesAnalyse and resolve interface failures and data inconsistenciesImprove stability and reliability of the integration layer Incident, Problem & Change ManagementLead root cause analysis and post-incident reviewsIdentify recurring issues and contribute to preventative problem managementSupport safe, controlled change implementation including testing and deployment Documentation & Knowledge CaptureDocument system architecture, custom modules, integrations, and batch processesCreate and maintain run-books, diagnostic guides,
