Role Description This is a full-time, in office Blockchain Developer role based in Ahmedabad. The Key Responsibilities · Design and implement Layer-1 consensus protocol in Rust. · Build and maintain the formal TLA+ specification. · Perform formal verification using TLC and Apalache. · Implement Tower BFT consensus. · Develop validator voting and leader election logic. · Implement BLS12-381 signature aggregation. · Optimize consensus performance for sub-second finality. · Build consensus testing and simulation framework.



· Resolve consensus security audit findings. · Collaborate with Protocol, Cryptography, Networking, and Security teams. Good to Have · Open-source blockchain contributions. · Protocol performance optimization. · Consensus security audits. · Protocol upgrades/hard forks. · Research background in distributed systems.
