The Role
We are looking for a PCB Design Engineer — from schematic capture through fabrication-ready Gerbers. You'll work closely with firmware and mechanical teams on compact, ruggedized, sensor-heavy boards for edge-deployed systems.

Design multi-layer PCBs in
Altium Designer , from schematic capture to layout, routing, and DFM/DFA checksSelect components (MOSFETs, MCUs, RF modules, sensors, power regulators) balancing cost, availability, and performanceDesign power delivery networks, signal integrity-critical traces (high-speed, RF, analog), and EMI/ESD protectionCollaborate with mechanical engineering using
Fusion 360
for enclosure fit, thermal considerations, and 3D board-in-box validationUse
CircuitMaker
or equivalent for early-stage schematic prototyping/collaboration where applicableGenerate and validate BOMs, Gerbers, pick-and-place files, and fab/assembly documentationWork with contract manufacturers (CMs) for prototyping, bring-up,
and troubleshootingSupport bring-up and debug of assembled boards (multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer)Maintain design revision history and documentation standards
Key Requirements
3-6 years of experience in PCB design and embedded hardware developmentStrong hands-on experience with
Altium Designer
(schematic + PCB layout)Working knowledge of
Fusion 360
for mechanical/electro-mechanical co-designSolid grasp of analog/digital circuit design fundamentals — power regulation, signal integrity, grounding/shieldingExperience with component selection, datasheets, and sourcing (Mouser/Digikey/Octopart)Understanding of DFM/DFA principles and PCB fabrication constraintsComfortable reading and debugging with oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers
Good to Have
Experience with RF/antenna design or GSM/LTE modulesFamiliarity with CircuitMaker or similar schematic capture toolsExposure to ESP32/embedded MCU-based product designFamiliarity with UART/I2C/SPI protocol-level integration and OEM protocol designPrior experience in defence-tech, IoT, or ruggedized product environmentsBasic firmware literacy (C/C++) to collaborate effectively with embedded teams
