This role requires deep hands‑on expertise in Azure IaaS/PaaS services, automation, governance, identity management, networking, and enterprise-scale cloud operations.Handle L2/L3 escalations, troubleshoot complex Azure infrastructure issues.Manage and support Azure workloads: VMs, VNETs, Storage, SQL, App Services, and other PaaS components.Monitor availability, performance, cost, and health of cloud resources.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement proactive fixes.
