Job OverviewWe are looking for Customer Care Associates for its

Retention team . The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions through both

inbound and outbound calls , resolving customer concerns, and supporting customer retention.

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle both

inbound and outbound customer calls .Interact with customers professionally in





Hindi and English .Understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.Focus on customer retention and prevent customer churn.Handle outbound sales/retention calls and achieve assigned targets.Maintain accurate customer records and update details in Excel/system.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Candidate RequirementsExperience in

core outbound sales

is mandatory.Candidates from

VRM, Credit Card Sales, Insurance, Banking or similar sales backgrounds

preferred.Excellent communication skills in

English and Hindi .Fluency in

English & Hindi is mandatory .Candidate should know

any one regional language .Good knowledge of

MS Excel .Should be comfortable handling

both inbound and outbound calls .Solid convincing, negotiation and customer-handling skills.Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
