Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Noida , U.P.
Experience: 2-5 years
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month
Job Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), sales, and purchase entries.
- Handle GST filing and preparation of export GST reports.
- Manage sales, distributor/customer accounts, credit/debit notes, and schemes.
- Ensure end-to-end compliance for Record to Report (RTR) processes.
- Oversee accurate accounting of inventory, stock movements, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
- Perform bank, vendor, distributor, and inventory reconciliations.
- Complete month-end and year-end closing activities within established timelines.
- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, sales reconciliations, and margin analysis.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, E-way bills, and other statutory regulations.




- Coordinate with auditors and provide required data and explanations during audits.
- Monitor receivables, ageing, and credit limits in collaboration with the sales team.
- Maintain records, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal controls.
- Support budgeting and cost control initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of GST, sales returns, discounts, and schemes.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, ERP, or SAP.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
