We distribute across Kerala through an extensive network of factory outlets, franchisee partners, direct retail customers, painting contractors, and qualified painters.

Role Overview We are seeking a driven, proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our footprint across Kerala. You will be responsible for managing factory outlet performance, building strong relationships with franchisees, contractors, and painters, and executing local marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct & Channel Sales: Drive retail and wholesale sales across assigned factory outlets, franchisee networks, and direct customers to achieve monthly targets.
- Network & Community Engagement: Onboard, manage, and retain relationships with local painting contractors, painters, and interior decor partners through loyalty programs and regular meets.
- Franchisee Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisee partners, assisting with inventory management, product training, and sales enablement.
- Local Marketing Execution: Plan and execute local BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing campaigns, brand activations, contractor meets, and product demonstrations at factory outlets.
- Market Intelligence:



Monitor local market trends, track competitor pricing/promotional strategies, and provide feedback to central management to adapt strategies.
- Reporting & Collections: Ensure timely collection of payments, track account receivables, and submit daily field visit reports via the CRM/reporting tool.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–5 years of field sales experience in Paints, Building Materials, FMCG, or Construction Chemicals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluency in Malayalam and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a two-wheeler for daily local travel.
- Key Skills: Strong negotiation skills, relationship management, knowledge of paint/coatings application, and target-driven mindset.
