Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and support HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications.
- Perform engineering calculations related to heat load, airflow, psychrometrics, pressure drop, and energy efficiency.
- Assist in the design, selection, and optimization of Air Handling Units (AHUs), ventilation systems, and associated HVAC equipment.
- Prepare and modify engineering drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD.
- Develop equipment specifications, bills of materials (BOMs), and technical documentation.
- Review project requirements and ensure HVAC designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and customer specifications.
- Support product development activities related to AHUs and HVAC equipment.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, quality, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze technical issues, troubleshoot system performance problems, and recommend engineering solutions.
- Participate in prototype testing, performance validation, and design improvements.
- Prepare technical reports, engineering calculations, installation documentation, and operating manuals.
- Support cost reduction, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize MS Office tools for engineering calculations, reporting, presentations, and project tracking.




- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers regarding technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0-3 years of experience in HVAC, AHU design, product engineering, or related mechanical engineering functions.
- Freshers with strong mechanical aptitude, academic projects, or HVAC-related internships are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of:
- Thermodynamics
- Heat Transfer
- Fluid Mechanics
- Psychrometrics
- HVAC Fundamentals
- Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC industry.

Nice to Have

- Experience with AHU design, selection, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with HVAC codes and standards (ASHRAE, IS, SMACNA, etc.).
- Knowledge of HVAC selection software and basic CFD concepts.
- Exposure to ERP/MRP systems and engineering documentation processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
