Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed research for assigned brands.
- Develop big-picture strategies and develop marketing & advertising plans that align with clients’ goals and objectives.
- Create monthly content calendars with clutter-breaking ideas that highlight the story and benefits of our client’s offering.
- Coordinate with clients for strategy & content calendar feedback, approvals, and insights on a weekly to monthly basis.
- Work on pitch decks for new projects and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the different departments of the team to deliver memorable and result-oriented strategies.
- Leading ideation and brainstorming sessions for all Respective clients. ● Track KPIs and ROI and present a performance review at the end of the month to the senior.
- Acting in reels if required

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time,



in-office position based in Mumbai. You will be required to work from our office during regular business hours.

Who can be the ninja?

- You have 3-4 years of experience in the advertising industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in management, marketing or related field
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Team Player
- Team Manager
- Self-motivator and exceptional eye to detail
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Flexibility to wear multiple hats as a part of a growing organization
- Are not looking for a 9-5 job
