- Food Preparation and Cooking: Preparing ingredients, following recipes, cooking dishes to quality and presentation standards, and assisting in menu execution.
- Station Management: Handling small kitchen sections, organizing workstations, and ensuring efficient workflow during service.
- Hygiene and Safety: Maintaining strict kitchen hygiene, adhering to sanitation regulations, and safely handling kitchen equipment.
- Inventory and Stock Management: Assisting with inventory checks, ensuring ingredients are stocked, and reporting shortages or spoilage.
- Support and Learning: Following instructions from senior chefs, learning advanced cooking techniques, and contributing to a high-volume kitchen environment
- Guest Service Contribution: Ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to provide an exceptional culinary experience for guests.
