Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Academic counsellor to promote our IT and Non-IT courses and convert student enquiries into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact students through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

* Explain courses, fees, duration, benefits and placement opportunities.

* Understand students' career requirements and recommend suitable courses.

* Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into enrolments.

* Maintain lead and follow-up records in Excel/CRM.

* Handle basic student queries and coordinate with the training team.





* Achieve daily calling, follow-up and monthly enrolment targets.

* Prepare daily/weekly sales and conversion reports.

Required Skills

* Good communication skills in Tamil & English.

* Good convincing and counselling skills.

* Interest in sales and student counselling.

* Robust follow-up and relationship-building skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
