Global art Bapu Nagar is an international creative art institute for kids and we're looking for a Center coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communication: Handle parent interactions, student queries, and daily center operations in fluent English

2. Social Media Management: Plan and post content on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp. Manage online reputation and engagement

3. Database Management: Maintain student records, fee tracking, attendance, and progress reports accurately

4. Hiring & Training: Recruit teachers/instructors for art + other activities. Conduct interviews and onboarding

5. Student Management: Ensure a safe, creative, disciplined setting for kids. Handle behavior, activities, and parent feedback

6. Center Operations: Manage daily schedule, class allocations, material inventory, and coordination with HQ

7. Events & Activities: Plan and execute workshops,



competitions, exhibitions, and demo classes

Required Skills:

1. Excellent spoken + written English communication

2. Basic knowledge of social media tools and Canva/CapCut is a plus

3. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for database + fee management

4. Prior experience in hiring, training, and team coordination preferred

5. Patient, creative, and good with managing kids aged 3-15 yrs

Qualifications: Graduate. Experience in education/preschool/coaching center preferred but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
