Royal Travancore Global Service is looking for a proactive and well-organized Telecaller & Operations Executive to handle outbound calls to potential candidates, explain job opportunities, screen and follow up with leads, coordinate interviews, manage candidate documentation, assist with client onboarding, maintain accurate records, and support day-to-day recruitment and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, positive organizational abilities, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Prior experience in telecalling, recruitment, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
