- Wash, sanitize, dry, and store dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, stewarding, restaurant, banquet, and back-of-house areas.
- Operate dishwashing machines and other stewarding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Dispose of food waste, garbage, and recyclables according to hotel hygiene and waste-management procedures.
- Clean and sanitize floors, drains, counters, workstations, storage areas, and equipment.
- Ensure an adequate supply of clean crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen utensils during service.
- Assist with setting up and clearing banquet or event equipment when required.
- Report broken equipment, shortages, spills, safety hazards, and maintenance issues to the Stewarding Supervisor.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, health and safety, and hotel hygiene standards at all times.
- Store cleaning chemicals safely and use them according to instructions.
- Assist kitchen and F&B; teams with general cleaning and operational support as needed.
- Maintain a skilled appearance and work cooperatively with colleagues.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
