We are looking for a motivated and eager Human Resources Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or student wanting hands-on experience in the HR field. You will support our daily HR operations, help with recruitment, and assist with employee engagement activities.Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment Support: Help post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule candidate interviews.
- Onboarding: Assist with new hire paperwork and welcome processes.
- HR Records: Maintain and update employee databases and personnel files.
- Employee Engagement: Help plan team-building activities, events, and wellness programs.
- General Admin: Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks and reports.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Freshers Apply: No prior expe
- rience is needed, but a strong eagerness to learn is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Skilled attitude and strong attention to detail.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
