We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented *Relationship Manager* to drive sales of secured lending products. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring recent customers, developing local market and DSA/Connector relationships, understanding customers’ business funding requirements, and managing the loan process from sourcing to disbursement.

### Key Responsibilities

* Source new customers for *Secured Micro Loans / Micro LAP / Affordable Secured Business Loans*.

* Generate business through *Connectors, DSAs, local references, and market contacts*.

* Meet self-employed customers and understand their business and funding requirements.

* Handle loan requirements related to *working capital, business expansion, and other business purposes*.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Connectors, and DSAs.

* Coordinate with *Credit, Operations, Risk, and other internal teams* for login, sanction, and disbursement.





* Ensure timely follow-up and smooth movement of cases from sourcing to disbursement.

* Achieve assigned *monthly sales, login, and disbursement targets*.

* Maintain good portfolio quality and ensure proper customer selection.

* Minimize delinquency/NPA through responsible sourcing and regular customer follow-up.

* Develop and maintain a strong local market presence and continuously generate new business opportunities.

### Eligibility Criteria

* *Graduation is mandatory.*

* *2–4 years of relevant sales experience* in Banking/NBFC.

* Minimum *1 year of recent experience* in:

Pay: ₹19,229.81 - ₹60,000.00 per month
