Job Purpose:
Responsible for driving sales growth through recent business development, key account management, customer retention, and value-based selling across the animal nutrition sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets and drive profitable revenue growth.
- Develop new accounts and expand existing key customer relationships.
- Manage key customers across poultry, aqua, ruminants, swine, premix/additives, etc.
- Understand customer needs and provide value-based nutritional solutions.
- Build strong relationships with feed mills, integrators, farms and key decision-makers.
- Work closely with Technical, Nutrition, Marketing and Pricing teams to close complex deals.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure strong account retention.
- Maintain CRM, sales forecasts, competitor intelligence and account pipelines.

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant discipline.
- 8–15 years of relevant sales/account management experience.
- Strong experience in Animal Nutrition, Feed Additives, Animal Health or Agribusiness.
- Proven track record in B2B sales,



new business development and key account management.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to poultry, aqua, ruminants, swine or feed mill business preferred

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
