About the Role

We are looking for a Billing Engineer with experience in commercial interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for project billing, quantity verification, BOQ preparation, subcontractor bills, and coordination with project and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills based on actual site measurements.
- Prepare BOQ, RA Bills, Measurement Sheets, and Quantity Statements.
- Verify quantities against drawings, BOQ, work orders, and site measurements.
- Coordinate with Project, QS, Purchase, and Accounts teams for billing requirements.
- Track work progress and maintain billing records.
- Prepare variation statements, extra item bills, and reconciliation statements.
- Check subcontractor bills and supporting documents before processing.
- Ensure timely submission of bills and follow up for approvals.
- Maintain proper documentation of project billing and commercial records.
- Assist in cost control and quantity reconciliation.

Requirements





- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, measurements, RA billing, and subcontractor billing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Ability to read and understand drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates should be willing to work at project sites and travel as required.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in office interiors, corporate fit-outs, retail, showroom, hospitality, or commercial interior projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,642.33 - ₹58,158.35 per month
