Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Diamond & Polki Grader with 4–9 years of experience in diamond grading and Polki jewellery. The candidate should have good knowledge of diamond quality, grading standards, and traditional jewellery.

Key Responsibilities

- Grade and evaluate diamonds based on quality and characteristics.
- Check cut, colour, clarity, carat, and overall quality of diamonds.
- Inspect Polki diamonds and assess their quality and value.
- Identify natural, treated, and imitation stones.
- Maintain accurate grading and inspection records.
- Ensure stones meet the required quality standards.
- Coordinate with jewellery production, sourcing, and quality teams.
- Identify quality issues and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Support quality control and maintain consistency in grading.

Required Skills





- 4–9 years of experience in Diamond Grading / Polki Grading.
- Good knowledge of diamond characteristics and grading.
- Understanding of 4Cs – Cut, Colour, Clarity, and Carat.
- Experience in identifying natural and treated diamonds.
- Knowledge of Polki and traditional Indian jewellery.
- Good observation and analytical skills.
- Robust attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
