We are looking for an Assistant Counsellor to handle student enquiries, provide career guidance, manage leads, and convert enquiries into enrolments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be target-oriented, and be comfortable using digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
- Understand students' interests and career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain courses, fees, career opportunities, and placement support.
- Conduct counselling sessions and support the admission process.
- Maintain leads, follow-ups, and status updates in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Support seminars, exhibitions, campus visits, and other outreach activities.




- Prepare daily/weekly enquiry and conversion reports.
- Assist enrolled students with basic queries and coordinate with relevant teams.

Skills & Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in counselling, admissions, sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome.
- Excellent communication in English and the local language.
- Good interpersonal, counselling, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Forms, Calendar, Gmail, CRM, and WhatsApp Business.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
