About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Construction Chemicals and Dry Mix Products segment. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with contractors, builders, developers, architects, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Promote and sell construction chemicals and dry mix products.

- Manage relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, architects, and channel partners.

- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.





- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- 2–8 years of sales experience in Construction Chemicals, Dry Mix Mortars, Building Materials, Cement, Paints, Waterproofing, or Adhesives will Prefer.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Valid driving license preferred.
