We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brands across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social media platforms.

- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.

- Create ideas and concepts for reels, posts, stories and campaigns.

- Coordinate and supervise photoshoots, video shoots and content creation.

- Write engaging captions and social media copy.

- Ensure regular and timely posting across all platforms.

- Monitor comments, messages, engagement and audience interactions.

- Identify current trends, trending audio, formats and content opportunities.

- Work on increasing followers, reach, engagement and overall brand visibility organically.

- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers and external agencies whenever required.

- Manage basic boosted posts/Meta advertising and coordinate performance campaigns.

- Track social media analytics and submit regular performance reports.

- Monitor competitors and suggest new ideas to improve the brand's digital presence.

- Maintain consistent brand communication, visual identity and tone across all platforms.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong knowledge of Instagram,



Facebook and Meta Business Suite.

- Good understanding of reels, short-form video and current social media trends.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Good aesthetic sense and understanding of premium/lifestyle branding.

- Ability to independently plan and execute social media campaigns.

- Basic understanding of Canva or similar content/design tools.

- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing or related field preferred.

- 2–4 years of relevant social media management experience.

- Previous experience managing hospitality, travel, lifestyle, real estate or luxury brands will be preferred.

- Candidate should be able to share a portfolio or social media pages previously managed.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is creative, organised, accountable and execution-oriented, and can take complete ownership of social media rather than only coordinating with agencies.

Pay: ₹11,360.23 - ₹43,201.25 per month
