About the Role:
We are seeking a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual design initiatives for large-scale branding and communication campaigns in Patna. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact visual assets across print, digital, and outdoor media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design top-tier visual assets, including print campaigns, brochures, digital creatives, and event collaterals.
- Work closely with the creative and client servicing teams to develop compelling visual narratives aligned with brand guidelines.
- Lead design execution from concept through final production-ready artwork.
- Ensure visual consistency, high aesthetic standards, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
Requirements:
- 7–8 years of professional graphic design experience in a creative agency or media production environment.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in print design, brand identity, and digital collaterals.
- Ability to think visually, translate strategy into compelling design, and adapt to diverse target audiences.
- Robust team player with good communication skills, based on-site in Patna.
