Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to support our digital marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand presence, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will coordinate with external marketing partners, manage digital campaigns, support lead generation activities, and enhance our social media presence.

This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver marketing initiatives that improve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Strategy

- Develop and execute the firm's digital marketing strategy.
- Create quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities.
- Recommend recent marketing initiatives and campaigns to support business growth.

Brand Building & Social Media Marketing

- Develop and manage the firm's social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create innovative campaign ideas to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
- Promote client success stories, case studies, team achievements, events, industry insights, and thought leadership content.
- Build and enhance the personal brands of directors and senior leadership through social media and professional networking platforms.
- Creation of graphics, videos, reels, infographics,



and promotional materials.

Content Marketing

- Develop and manage content calendars. Email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate content creation with internal teams, agencies, and freelance writers.
- Ensure content aligns with business objectives, target audiences, and brand guidelines.
- Identify content opportunities around accounting, tax, payroll, business advisory, and industry developments.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Experience managing social media marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of content marketing and brand-building techniques.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website optimisation
- Experience coordinating with external agencies and vendors.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Creative thinking with a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

- Minimum 2-5 years of digital marketing experience.
- Experience in professional services, accounting, financial services, legal, or B2B industries.
- Experience using Canva, ChatGPT, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social media management tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated.
- Lead conversion rates.
- Social media audience growth and engagement.
- Brand visibility and reach.
- Campaign performance and ROI.
- Content production and campaign execution.
- Timely coordination with marketing agencies and partners.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Experience:
