Roles & Responsibilities
- Transactions: Accurately process cash, credit card, and check payments, and provide receipts.
- Customer Service: Greet guests, answer questions, and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Order Management: Take, process, and check accuracy of food orders, including takeout, and coordinate with kitchen staff.
- Cash Handling: Balance the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts, ensuring accuracy in sales records.
- Station Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked checkout area.
- Menu Knowledge: Suggest items and explain menu options to customers.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
