Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Coordinator to manage patient coordination throughout their fertility treatment journey. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide empathetic support to patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate patient consultations, investigations, and treatment schedules.
- Guide patients through IVF treatment protocols and ensure smooth coordination with doctors.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with nursing, laboratory, and counselling teams for seamless patient care.
- Educate patients regarding treatment procedures, medications,



and follow-up visits.
- Ensure a high standard of patient experience and resolve patient queries professionally.
- Follow hospital protocols, quality standards, and confidentiality guidelines.

Requirements

- Qualification: BAMS or BHMS
- Experience: 2–8 years in IVF, fertility, gynecology, or hospital clinical coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust patient counselling and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in hospital management systems is preferred.
