Vacancy: Fresher Site Supervisor (Civil)

Location: Kannur District, Kerala Company: Oxion Builders

Oxion Builders is a growing construction company specializing in quality residential and commercial construction. We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineering fresher who is eager to learn, has basic drawing skills, and is willing to travel across project sites in Kannur district.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision

- Assist in supervising daily construction activities.
- Monitor work quality, safety, and site progress under senior engineers.
- Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors.
- Prepare daily site progress updates and site documentation.

Site Visits

- Visit ongoing and upcoming project sites across Kannur district.
- Take site measurements and maintain accurate records.
- Report site observations and assist in resolving site issues.

Drawing & Documentation

- Read and interpret 2D construction drawings.
- Prepare basic drawings and revisions using AutoCAD (preferred).




- Maintain project files, BOQs, quotations, and technical documents.

Material Coordination

- Assist in preparing material requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery.
- Maintain purchase and inventory records.

Client & Team Coordination

- Attend client meetings with the project team.
- Communicate project updates professionally.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and office staff.

Eligibility

- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings
- Valuable communication and organizational skills
- Valid driving license (preferred)
- Must be willing to travel within Kannur District

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
