Job Description:

We are hiring a dynamic and motivated Non-IT Recruiter with 1-4 years of experience in the recruitment/staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for non-technical roles across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination

Valuable experience in manufacturing roles such as production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, warehouse, engineering support, and corporate functions

Work on bulk and lateral hiring for non-IT positions

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, etc.), databases, referrals, and social media

Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers





Follow up with candidates till joining and maintain healthy candidate relationships

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures

Meet hiring targets and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-4 years of experience in non-IT recruitment within a staffing/recruitment firm

Strong knowledge of hiring for roles like Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, warehouse, engineering support etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
