Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Closure: Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, and close property deals.
- Lead Follow-up: Track and follow up on sales leads to convert them into buyers.
- Client Relations: Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans clearly to clients.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales targets set by the management.
