Location: SRV Mamata Hospital, Dombivli
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Shift: Rotational

Job responsibilities

- Meet and greet patients and visitors in a warm, respectful courteous manner at all times, acting in a way that actively contributes to the promotion and improvement of the SRV hospital brand.
- Issue and coordinate record numbers, front sheets labels, make up medical records and other administrative documents as required.
- Assist patients with booking further tests or consultations.
- Make follow-up booking for patients after appointments.
- Handle minor complaints with immediate action and follow-up
- Check bills and post on a daily basis all charges for clinical or other areas as required.
