Job Summary

Elevate Global Academy is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Finance & Accounting Trainer to deliver high-quality classroom and online training. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications and Tally with GST, along with excellent teaching and communication skills.

Work Schedule

Onsite Training (Kochi Office): 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Online Classes: 2 hours after 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training sessions on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Tally Prime with GST
- Conduct both theoretical and practical hands-on training
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and training materials
- Evaluate student performance through tests and practical exercises
- Guide students in developing job-ready skills
- Resolve student queries and provide individual mentoring
- Teach accounting fundamentals, GST concepts, and financial reporting using Tally




- Maintain classroom/lab discipline and proper system usage
- Track attendance and maintain student progress records
- Support placement activities and employability skill development

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Computer Applications, Accounting, or related field
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and Tally with GST
- Prior teaching/training experience preferred
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Knowledge of accounting principles will be an added advantage

Preferred Skills

- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Tally Prime certification or practical experience
- Classroom management and student mentoring skills
