Job Summary

We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Voice Process – US Healthcare role in Coimbatore.

The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with US patients, understanding their concerns, providing appropriate assistance, and maintaining accurate records in the system.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based patients/customers.
- Assist patients with queries related to appointments, healthcare services, billing and insurance.
- Verify and update patient information accurately.
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with patients.
- Document call details and customer interactions in CRM/healthcare systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies and data privacy requirements.




- Handle calls confidently while maintaining professional international voice-process standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Only experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum experience in International Voice / International BPO / Customer Support / US Voice Process required.
- Any international voice experience is acceptable.
- Candidates with US Healthcare / Patient Calling experience will have an added advantage.
- Excellent spoken English and good listening skills.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in US night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required.
