Job Purpose
To ensure the smooth management and compliance of all Pre-University (PU) Board-related academic and administrative activities, including student records, examination processes, registrations, documentation, and communication with the PU Board.
Key Responsibilities1. PU Board Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain all PU Board records and documents accurately.
- Ensure compliance with PU Board rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Prepare and submit required reports, applications, and documentation within deadlines.
- Maintain updated student databases and academic records.
2. Student Registration
- Coordinate student admission and registration processes with the PU Board.
- Verify student documents, including SSLC marks cards, transfer certificates, caste certificates, and other required documents.
- Ensure correct entry of student information in the PU Board portal.
3. Examination Management
- Coordinate PU Board examination-related activities.
- Assist with examination applications and fee collection processes.
- Verify examination records and student details.
- Coordinate with examination authorities and college management.
- Support the smooth conduct of practical and theory examinations.
4. Marks & Academic Records
- Maintain student marks and internal assessment records.
- Coordinate submission of internal assessment marks.
- Maintain attendance records as required by the PU Board.
- Support students in matters related to marks cards, corrections, and certificates.

PU Board Portal & Online Activities
- Manage and update relevant information on PU Board portals.
- Monitor deadlines for registrations, examination forms, fees, and submissions.
- Download and maintain important notifications and circulars.
6. Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between the college and PU Board authorities.
- Coordinate with the Principal, lecturers, administrative staff, students, and parents.
- Communicate important PU Board notifications and deadlines to concerned departments.
7. Record Maintenance
- Maintain physical and digital records securely.
- Organize student files, admission documents, examination records, and correspondence.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all student and institutional information.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of PU Board procedures and documentation.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and online portals.
- Positive communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate degree preferred.
- Experience in PU College administration or PU Board-related work is an advantage.
Experience
- 1 years of experience in PU College administration or Board-related activities preferred.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 per week
