- Oversee day-to-day internal operations and ensure smooth coordination across all teams.
- Guide, monitor, and support teams to ensure timely and effective execution of their responsibilities.
- Coordinate with banking professionals and manage related business requirements and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing teams to plan and execute business development initiatives.
- Conduct in office client meetings and manage key client relationships.
- Identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions to improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between management and various teams.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Support teams in achieving their targets and ensure timely execution of business objectives.
- Take ownership of key operational and business initiatives and ensure their successful execution.
