Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures. Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward effective resolutions. Process orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, or account updates. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure issues are resolved. Escalate complex problems to supervisors or appropriate departments.
