Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems at our real estate project sites, properties, and offices.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, switches, sockets, lights, fans, and electrical equipment.
- Carry out electrical work for new construction and property maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults, short circuits, power failures, and wiring issues.
- Install and maintain distribution boards, MCBs, RCCBs, and other electrical components.
- Perform regular inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
- Attend electrical complaints and complete repair work on time.
- Read and understand basic electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Ensure proper earthing and safe electrical connections.
- Use electrical tools and testing equipment safely.
- Maintain electrical tools, equipment, and materials properly.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Maintenance Teams.
- Follow all electrical safety rules and company procedures.
- Maintain records of electrical work and materials used.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Site Engineer or Management.

Skills & Qualifications





- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Electrician preferred.
- Good knowledge of electrical wiring, fittings, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems effectively.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and electrical standards.
- Physically fit and willing to work at project sites.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Construction / real estate experience is an advantage.

- Quality and timely completion of electrical work.
- Quick response to electrical complaints.
- Proper maintenance of electrical systems.
- Safe and effective use of tools and materials.
- Reduction of recurring electrical faults.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
