FAE has to attend large amount of Inbound/Outbound calls. Following calling scripts you need to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, provide information & also make farmers interested to buy machinery.

Responsibilities & Duties:

· Answer calls.

· Handle customer inquiries over calls.

· Manage & Resolve Customer Complaints.

· Provide customer with Product & Service Information.

· Enter new Customer Information into system.

· Process Orders.

· Document all call information according to standard ongoing procedures.

Qualifications:

· B.sc/M.sc (Agriculture)
