Department: Quality Analyst Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive the quality assurance function across our product development teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining QA strategies, leading a team of QA engineers, establishing robust testing processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. This role requires a strong mix of leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on testing experience in both manual and automation testing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA Engineers and Senior QA Engineers.
- Define and implement QA strategies, testing standards, and best practices.
- Plan, estimate, and allocate QA resources across multiple projects.
- Review product requirements and collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts to ensure testability.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing strategies.
- Drive automation testing initiatives and improve test coverage.
- Oversee functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity, API, performance, and compatibility testing.
- Identify, track, prioritize, and verify defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Monitor product quality metrics and provide regular QA reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely releases by managing testing cycles and release sign-offs.
- Continuously improve QA processes, frameworks, and testing methodologies.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives in Agile environments.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement preventive quality measures.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6–10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Manual Testing and Test Planning.
- Hands-on experience with Automation Testing using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
- Experience in API testing using Postman, Swagger, or REST Assured.
- Robust understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
- Knowledge of SQL for database validation and testing.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in performance testing using JMeter or similar tools.
- Exposure to security testing concepts.
- Experience testing web, mobile, and RESTful applications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- ISTQB Certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience in AI-assisted testing tools and modern QA practices is an advantage.
